I love the sweetness of sea scallops – and the ease of preparing them! These beauties have a depth and sweetness the smaller bay scallops just don’t have. Add some sides and dinner is served!

Waffles are such a great weekend breakfast! Its nice from time to time to pretend it’s summer in the middle of winter and make blueberry waffles. I used a Belgian waffle iron, but any waffle iron will work….
