And this one was so unusual I had to check it out further. What a fabulous flavor combination. Avocado Pesto Dip Crusted Salmon[12] – simple and amazing!

And who can resist a good shrimp recipe? Not me! Ramblings of a (bad) Domestic Goddess shared Tantalizing Tempura Taste Treats[18] – shrimp and vegetables in a pretty easy tempura!
This recipe caught my eye because Scalloped potatoes was a tradition for Sunday night dinner at my house! The Silver Foodie shared a recipe that she made with her mom! And it sounds perfect! Scalloped New Potatoes and Leeks[19] –
