First – the most visited post!  Duck’s in a Row shared this amazing Pineapple Mandarin Orange Cake [10] – Wow – I might make this for Valentine’s day!

Miz Helen’s Country Cottage’s Tex Mex Cornbread [11]– it’s everything you would expect it to be, and more!

And this one was so unusual I had to check it out further.  What a fabulous flavor combination.  Avocado Pesto Dip Crusted Salmon [12] – simple and amazing!

A brand new guest at our party last week, Recipes and Ramblins with the tumbleweed contessa stopped by and shared this amazing Meyer Lemon Meringue Pie! [17]  I can’t wait to try this one!

And who can resist a good shrimp recipe?  Not me!  Ramblings of a (bad) Domestic Goddess shared Tantalizing Tempura Taste Treats [18] – shrimp and vegetables in a pretty easy tempura!

This recipe caught my eye because Scalloped potatoes was a tradition for Sunday night dinner at my house!  The Silver Foodie shared a recipe that she made with her mom!  And it sounds perfect!  Scalloped New Potatoes and Leeks [19]
