Too warm out for hot coffee? Try it iced!
Here’s what you need:
- For each 16 oz. glass you will need:
- 1 Tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 ½ ounces of Irish Whiskey (that’s one shot)
- ¼ cup half-and-half
- 12 oz. cold, strong brewed coffee – ice cold
- Whipping cream
Here’s How you do it:
Dissolve the sugar with the whiskey in the bottom of each glass
Add the coffee, then the half-and-half and gently stir.
Top off with whipping cream
