Iced Irish Coffee

Too warm out for hot coffee?  Try it iced!

Here’s what you need: 

  • For each 16 oz. glass you will need:
  • 1 Tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 1 ½ ounces of Irish Whiskey (that’s one shot)
  • ¼ cup half-and-half
  • 12 oz. cold, strong brewed coffee – ice cold
  • Whipping cream

Here’s How you do it:

Dissolve the sugar with the whiskey in the bottom of each glass

Add the coffee, then the half-and-half and gently stir.

Top off with whipping cream
