Holy Moly! Can you believe it’s already June? I love this time of year for all the fresh, local fruits and vegetables. I live in the upper Willamette valley in the Pacific Northwest. Summer is a bounty of amazingly delicious produce and wild fish.

This one had a lot of attention! Japanese Salad, with Ginger or Wafu Dressing from Of Goats & Greens. The addition of the tako su is an incredible flavor burst!
This dessert will have you singing! A perfect summer party dish too – from Kiku Corner. A beautiful Cherry Clafoutis!
Now this one caught my eye. I recently learned to make crumpets and I am a sourdough fanatic. Nancy on the Homefront took those two recipes and made them one! Check out these unbelievably delicious Sourdough Crumpets!!
