Just three ingredients makes an easy, refreshing summer snack.
Place all the ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, smashing the cherries with the back of a spoon.
When the consistency is like syrup, turn the heat off and allow to cool.
Pour the cherries and the syrup into a blend and puree on high until the mixture is fairly smooth and well blended.
Pour evenly into popsicle molds and freeze until solid - at least 6 hours.
Carefully release from the mold and enjoy!
