Form the meat mixture into four patties – make them fairly flat. Cook until desired doneness – we like them rare.
While the burgers are cooking, cut the rolls in half and toast in the oven on both side. Place the bottoms on foil and top with the cheese and sliced tomatoes.
Broil until the tomato begins to bubble and the cheese is melting.
Top that with a burger, some onions and 2 Tablespoons of pizza sauce. Put the top bun on and serve it hot!
Serve with a salad and an appetite!
