Lavender Hot Cocoa

A little bit of a twist to a traditional winter beverage.

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 Tablespoons lavender syrup
  • Whipped cream for the top
Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the whipping cream in a saucepan. 

  2. Simmer until heated through and the temperature you like it. (Be careful not to scald the milk)

  3. Pour into a cup and top with whipped cream. Garnish with some cocoa powder.

  4. Sit back and enjoy!
