Ingredients
  • 1 pound beef chuck steak - at least an inch to an inch and a half thick
  • 2 Large Oranges, juiced
  • 2 medium limes, juiced
  • 2 small white onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried chipotle flakes
  • 8 tortillas (flour or corn)
  • Taco toppings of your choice
Instructions
  1. Start by marinating the beef.  In a large marinating container, mix all the ingredients except the onion and the beef. Make sure it is well mixed.

  2. Add the meat and turn it a few times. Put the onions on top, cover and flip the whole thing over. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 24 to 36 hours, turning once mid-way through.

  3. Heat up the grill and grill the beef and onions until the beef is charred on the outside but still somewhat rare in the middle.

  4. Let the onions brown and get soft.Remove it all from the grill and let the meat rest about 10 to 15 minutes.

  5. While the meat is resting, warm the tortillas and cut up the condiments.

  6. Slice the meat into very thin strips. Build a taco and enjoy!
