Servings: 2 Sandwiches

Ingredients
  • 2 Large Outdoor buns or hoagie rolls
  • 1 pound kielbasa
  • 2 cups cooked french fries
  • 1-1/2 cups coleslaw
  • 1/3 cup sweet hot barbecue sauce (like Sweet Baby Rays)
Instructions
  1. Cut the sausage in half lengthwise.

  2. Cut the buns and brush them with olive oil.

  3. Heat up the grill. Grill the sausage on both sides until they are hot all the way through.

  4. Grill the buns until they are golden (mine are a little, uhm, burned)

  5. Top each bun with four slices of sausage, 1/2 the coleslaw, 1/2 the fries and 1/2 the sauce -

Note: Amounts can be adjusted to your tastes. We preferred a little less fries on ours.

  6. Serve it up hot with some extra sauce and hot sauce on the side.
