Irish Coffee

A delicious way to end the day, or finish a brunch. Strong coffee with cream and a shot of Irish whiskey.

Ingredients
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1-1/2 oz Irish Whiskey (1 - shot)
  • 1/4 cup Whipped heavy cream
Instructions
  1. Place sugar and whiskey in the bottom of a clear coffee mug. 

  2. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. 

  3. Add coffee and top with whipped cream –

  4. Serve immediately!
