This week’s features include fantastic food from Chemistry Cache, Crystal and Co., Embellishmints, Briny Lemon & Thyme to Embrace Herbs –

Chemistry Cache had the most visited post -and no wonder!  Look at these Thick & Chewy Diary-Free Rice Crispy Treats!

Raspberry season is at it’s peak here where I live, so this recipe really caught my eye – Homemade Raspberry Sauce for Ice Cream from Crystal and Co.

Along those same lines, the berry theme, Embellishmints shared this really delicious Fresh Strawberry Mint Lemonade – I really recommend a try!

And let’s talk main dish – Delicious seared salmon with a perfect summer salad – Briny Lemon shared this amazing Brown Sugar-Seared Salmon with Bulgar and Peach Salad – Oh my!!

There were so many great recipes shared last week, it was really hard to choose – so here is just one more! I love herbs.  I have used Summer Savory to cook with, but it never occurred to me to make a tea with it!  Well Thyme to Embrace Herbs tells you exactly how to do it and why it’s a good idea too!  Summer-Savory Tea ~
